Laura Bettencourt, BSDH, RDH, has more than 14 years of clinical experience in the New England Area. She is a co-founder of Diamond Dental Hygiene Career Coaching. She has helped create and implement programs such as compliance, hygiene excellence, and periodontal protocols. As a mindset hygiene career coach, she thrives on guiding and empowering her clients to achieve the confidence and clarity they seek. Course Description:

This course will help you recognize your fears and give you the tools necessary to face them and break them down. We will discover how to take control of your appointments and have difficult conversations with your patients. You will leave this course with more confidence and clarity on what your purpose is in your profession by utilizing technologies, new, well-known, as well as breakthrough products, and patient protocols.  We are healthcare providers; by breaking down our fears, we are able to serve our patients better. We do this through love and empathy in all aspects of life. This course will provide growth both personally and professionally.

  2. Apply techniques around case acceptance.

Cancellations received by 5/12/23 will be refunded less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds accepted on or after 5/12/23. If there is an emergency or illness after this deadline, the NHDHA would be happy to credit your payment toward another event on a case-by-case basis.
